Monetarixmx Educación Patrimonial, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Monetarixmx"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 8, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the guidelines issued by INAI.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect identification data (name and email address) provided voluntarily through the subscription form, as well as browsing data (IP address, device type, visited pages) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: sending the educational newsletter, handling information requests and complying with legal obligations. Secondary purposes (optional): improving content, aggregated statistical analysis and internal behavior studies.
3. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information with technology service providers (email delivery and analytics) under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with the LFPDPPP.
4. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to contact@monetarixmx.com with the subject line "ARCO Rights". We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
5. Use of cookies
We use necessary, analytical and personalization cookies. You can manage them through the consent banner and through the Cookie Policy. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your preferences.
6. Information security
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, including transport encryption (TLS 1.3) and role-based access controls.
7. Changes to the Privacy Notice
Any modification will be published on this same page along with its corresponding update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
